Critical:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,ValueUnless you want something super basic, do not come here. They know how to apply an acrylic but ask them to shape it and they won’t know what to do. I will never come back here! My nails were absolutely horrible. She couldn’t do ombre, nor a French tip with another color, just basic stuff and she said no each time. These are not nail artists, just techs that know how to apply, but don’t ask for a real shape! I asked for square nails, look at this picture. Btw it was my birthday…I paid for that mess, had to go home and shape them myself with a regular nail file and they actually came out better. I only paid to avoid a problem, because I’m not from the area and you know how people can get. I was charged 75 for this, I was also supposed to get a pedicure but it took too long. It’s terrible. My husband brought me here for a surprise date and he had trouble from the start. Never answered their phones so he had to go in person to set the appointment. They gave them the option for 10am or 12. Did it for 10am and as he walks out gets a appointment confirmation email for 12pm. Had to turn around to see why they didn’t set the 10am and the front desk just says it’s because it’s no longer available after literally just giving him that time slot as an option.

This place is horrible. I call to make an appointment and asked specifically for a very experienced manicure, the owner said yes no problem. Obvious the day of the appointment they put me with the available lady, this girl didn’t have a clue ,I asked for a deep and my nails last 5 days before start getting in pieces. If you don’t care about your clients you shouldn’t own a Bussiness, obviously the owner only care about money. I was there a few times before but for sure I will never go back. Service was done 11/11/22.

Quality is terrible. I went to get my nails done on a Saturday evening, but by Friday morning my nails were chipped—and no I did not do any dishes or chores. The paint crackled and began to chip, either the polish OPI or the base/top coats were faulty. Also, the basic manicure i paid for did NOT include the the hand lotion massage or “hot towel service” as indicated in the menu they showed me that day. They cut many corners on the process and honestly I could have done a better job of painting them myself.

Watch out! Some nail techs use MMA for acrylics! I sometimes go here when I need a last min appointment but this time my nails chipped within 3 days, acrylic gel nails! I went back to my usual nail spa and when she redid my full set (because it was that bad) she noted it was MMA because of the gum like consistency the acrylic had. This stuff is illegal to use by FDA. I only gave one star extra because the spa pedicure was great and they customer service is good but don’t use a product that is illegal and harmful to your customers!

Sometimes they’re great and sometimes they’re not so good but this time the nail tech was HORRIBLE. She filed my nails down to nubs. It takes me so long to grow my nails I waited almost a month for them to be nice and long enough to get a pretty gel mani and she totally butchered my hands. I called on Monday asking to do an appointment for 2 (my mother and I) for Thursday at 6 PM. Fast forward to Thursday, the receptionist said I never made an appointment. I showed her my text confirmations. She said that I only made an appointment for one but couldn’t find my appointment. This made no sense to me. I eventually saw someone. At first, I thought things were okay. She ended up cutting me twice. Once on my big toe and again on my left ring finger. She was also rushing through my nails and messed up some of my nails — she rushed fixing them and they didn’t set right.

Absolutely loved this experience! My technician does not speak English however was willing to use the translator on my phone to answer my questions or give comments. I truly appreciate her desire to make me a happy client. And for that I am. What I also appreciate more than anything is that she was NOT in a rush to get me out of her chair. She took her time and my feet feel and look fabulous with French tips! I did realize that she was new and I’m so happy she was assigned to me. Now, the joy of this is, my daughters get their hands and feet done. I will be bringing them to her as well. As long as her service stays welcoming and her technique continues to be astounding, I’m Good! Thank you Youmo M.!

Omg I am incredibly grateful to the have found the male nail tech whofixed my nails !! I got into an accident and mynail beds were basically half gone and he worled magic. This has been the absolute best experience I have EVER had with a salon!! So grateful to the nail tech/ owner for making ms feel polished and pretty
